BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is the latest nationally accredited qualification for individuals who want to develop advanced management and leadership skills, with a focus on learning and development. Course Duration:

This course is designed to be completed over 52 weeks (including 40 weeks of holidays).

Expected Study Hours: Typical learners are expected to spend 14 hours in classroom training and 6 hours of self-study each week.

There are no formal pre-requisites required to enter this course.

However, Vigil International College requires students to meet the following criteria:

• 18 years or older
• Have basic computer skill
• Hold a Current Student Visa
• Have sound language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  If you are from an English-speaking Background, you must have completed at least Year 10 English, or equivalent.
  If you are from a non-English speaking background, you must provide one of the following, as evidence, of upper intermediate proficiency in English:
  • IELTS total band score of at least 5.5 with no band less than 5.0, or equivalent.
  • Occupational English Test (OET), TOEFL iBT, Pearson Test of English, Cambridge English Advanced with scores equivalent to IELTS 5.5 and no less than 5.0 in each band.
  • The English test must have been taken within two years before the application is made.

* Students who fail the LL&N assessment may still be enrolled to a course if endorsed by the trainer/assessor, and corresponding additional support strategies are in place.

However, students must ensure that they have access to the following resources:
